Our Mission

We are dedicated to promoting and fostering the development of youth through athletics by providing opportunities for participation in organized sports, skills development, mentorship, and character-building programs. 

Background

Under the visionary leadership of Brandon Williams (President and Head of Recruiting for Padres Scout Teams) and Cameron Maybin (Vice President, Head Coach of Padres Scout Team 2026 and retired MLB player), we are building an initiative that goes far beyond the diamond- one that creates real opportunities and opens doors for future leaders both on and off the field.

Last year, our efforts helped the players in our program receive over 180 Division 1 College Baseball scholarship offers combined, a testament to the potential that lies within every talented athlete. However, too many gifted young individuals miss out on these life-changing opportunities simply because they cannot afford the journey that may get them to college. We are committed to changing that narrative, and with your support, we can make a lasting impact.

Our Vision

  • Provide Financial Assistance & Scholarships: Offer critical financial support to athletes from underserved communities, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to opportunity.

  • Navigate the Recruiting Process: Assist families in understanding scholarship opportunities, staying NCAA- compliant, and successfully managing the complexities of college recruiting.

  • Offer Mentorship Beyond the Game: Provide guidance and mentorship that prepares these young athletes for lifelong success, far beyond their sporting careers.

  • Build a National Network: Establish connections that empower athletes to reach their full potential by linking them with the right opportunities and resources.
